Dr. Londoño completed her medical education at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellin, Colombia. Extensive research in neuro-immunology at Massachusetts General Hospital was followed by a neurology residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and a fellowship in multiple sclerosis at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
She provides comprehensive care for patients with neurological disorders, including headaches, epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson’s and other movement disorders, and peripheral nerve disorders. Dr. Londoño’s primary expertise lies in autoimmune neurological conditions (multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica, MOG-associated disorders, sarcoidosis, autoimmune encephalitis, paraneoplastic syndromes) and neurodegenerative disorders, including Alzheimer’s and early onset dementias.
Dr. Londoño is dedicated to delivering exceptional care that caters to the unique needs of her patients, from initial diagnosis to ongoing disease management. Her fluency in Spanish enhances her ability to support Spanish-speaking patients affected by neurological disorders.
In addition to her clinical work. Dr. Londoño has built a productive academic career. She has authored multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals, led clinical trials and actively contributed to the training of advanced practice nurses, medical students and residents.
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Londoño enjoys hiking, cooking, travel, and she especially cherishes quality time with her husband and their two daughters.
